Q: How did you decide on your location?

A: We have been residents of the town of Belford for more that 50 years.  We grew up, went to school here, got married and then had kids who now go to the same school that we went to when we were young.  This is our town and we wanted to establish the brewery in the town we know and love.  We still have friends that come and see us every week that we have know ever since we were kids.

Q: What kinds of beers do you specialize in?

A: Are expertise is in English, Belgium and American classic beers.  From out flagship “Lobster Pot” ale a English style nutbrown to our high ABV “Pro Multis” and “Royalties”, classic Triple and Quad Belgium beers.  We also produce some very smooth lagers like “Leonardville Lager” a American lager and “Wetside” another lager made using Pilsen malt.

Q: How big is your brewhouse?

A: We have a 5-barrel brewhouse with 6 5-barrell Unitanks, 3 2-barrell fermenters, 1 2-barrel Brite tank, 1 2-barrel Unitank and a 27 gallon fermenter for test batches.

Q: Do you offer food at the brewery?

A: By new NJ laws a brewery cannot make food on premise for consumption by customers.  You are allowed to bring food into the brewery.  There is a assortment of food cuisines in close walking distance.

Q: Are children allowed in the brewery?

A: Children are welcome but must be supervised due to the presence of sensitive equipment.

Q: Do you offer free Wifi?

A: Yes we do.  Please ask an employee for the password to connect.

Q: Are you dog friendly?

A: Yes we are.  Just like children, dogs need to be watched due to equipment areas.

Q: When did you open your doors to the public?

A: It was on Saturday August 1st International Beer Day in 2014.

Q: Can I bring my own food?

A: Yes, we allow outside food.  The “Junction” were we are located has a variety of food options that goes well with beer, including, Pizza, Chinese and Mexican food.

Q: Do you give tours at the brewery?

A: Prior to COVID-19 we regularly would provide tours but now we offer an informational sheet that depicts and describes the brewing process.
