Very Berry Ale

Wit wort from the Lost Peach and added a mixture of Blueberries, BlackBerries and Raspberries. Hope you like this very berry alot.

Background Story

We have been doing a little experimenting with 10 gallons of beer that was produced while brewing an existing batch and placing it into our little “Tippy” fermenter. Each one we are dubbing the “Catch of the Day”. This time we took the base Wit wort from the Lost Peach and added a mixture of Blueberries, BlackBerries and Raspberries. Hope you like this very berry ale.

glass/tasting & pairings:

Choose lamb or beef for the best pairing, but other meats will work as well if they are broiled or grilled. Fish and other seafood can be paired as well, but make sure to choose a strong-flavored fish as the pronounced taste of Very Berry Ale might downplay the flavor of a piece of cod or mahi-mahi
