Years ago, when we first started brewing beer at home, we wanted to make as big a batch that we could possibly could. That called for finding the largest pot you had in your house. What other pot then a “Lobster Pot” would do the trick. The recipe is old as is the name. Hope you like the smooth nut-brown taste of this brew from Belford Brewing Company.
